Creating an Explore Scientific account is easy. Just click here and follow the instructions.
If you don’t already have an Explore Scientific account, you can create one when you purchase your next Explore Scientific product.
To create your account, you will need to complete a simple registration process. You will then receive an activation email, where you will be asked to confirm your email address. Once done, a second email will confirm that the account is now active.
No problem. Follow this link, enter your email address or username, and click “Reset password.”
An email will be sent to you with a link through which you can set a new password.
If your email address is not recognized, you may need to register a new Explore Scientific account.
It is easy to edit your personal details or reset your password. Once logged in, you can do this at any time.
Simply access the “My Account” area where you will find the “Account Details” section. Once you have updated your details, don’t forget to click “Save changes.”
Products and orders
Product statuses indicate the availability of Explore Scientific products.
Available/In stock: The product is available for order and can be delivered within our standard delivery times.
Out of stock: The product is not available for order.
Pre-order: The product can be reserved before the official sales start and will be sent to you after the sales start date.
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a product before its launch or in case of a product shortage, so you can be among the first to receive it or have delivery priority when the product becomes available again.
Can I include in-stock products with pre-ordered or backordered products in the same order?
Yes, you can add pre-order products and available products to your cart and purchase them within the same order. In this case, the order will be shipped once all products are available in stock.
Will I receive a notification when my order is shipped?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email containing the paid invoice/receipt and the shipment tracking number. For pre-order products, we cannot guarantee a specific shipping date.
Can all payment methods be used for pre-orders?
To place a pre-order at Explore Scientific or to order a backordered product, you can use all payment methods available on Explore Scientific, including bank transfer and any installment payments.
When will my card be charged?
The charge to your card will occur immediately upon confirmation of the pre-order.
You can contact our customer service at any time to cancel your order, fully or partially, provided it has not yet been shipped. If the cancellation occurs before shipping, the payment will be voided.
Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order or the payment. You can refuse the package upon receipt or return unwanted items within 14 days.

Please note that kits cannot be partially canceled or partially refunded.
Please contact our customer service. If the order has not yet been shipped, our staff will be able to help you.
However, please note that we are unable to change payment details. We also cannot modify the items in an order. If you purchased the wrong product, you will need to cancel the order and place a new one.
If the shipment has already been picked up by the courier, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address. If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact our customer service.
Remember: you can use separate delivery and billing addresses, so you can always receive goods at the address most convenient for you.
Explore Scientific Certified Refurbished products are a great way to save on Explore products. These are used products that have been carefully refurbished by Explore Scientific to meet factory specifications.
All refurbished products are thoroughly cleaned and defective parts are replaced with original Explore Scientific parts, although some may show signs of previous use (for example, slight wear on the body).
Every refurbished product is rigorously tested and includes all original accessories.
All refurbished products sold through explorescientific.it are covered by a 12-month limited warranty.
What refurbished products can I find on explorescientific.it?
explorescientific.it may offer an assortment of refurbished products. Availability is limited (if present).
Do promotions apply to refurbished products?
Unless otherwise specified, refurbished Explore Scientific products are not eligible for any promotional offers.
What are the shipping costs?
All refurbished products are eligible for free shipping on orders over €29.90.
Can I return a refurbished product?
Refurbished products can be returned for free within 14 days. For more information, see the “How can I return my purchase” section in these FAQs.
Grade A and Grade B are used to indicate the condition of the refurbished product.
Grade A products are official refurbished products with minor cosmetic imperfections on the external parts of the item.
They are usually display products or used for testing and are therefore like new.
Grade B products are official refurbished products with medium-sized cosmetic imperfections on the external parts of the item.
Display product or used for testing, close to like-new condition with imperfect packaging.
Please remember that all Refurbished Products come with a 1-year warranty and can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Shipping
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the link for the courier associated with the order. Simply click the link to track your order.
The tracking link offers various tracking methods and allows you to stay informed about the current status, unexpected delays, and final delivery of the shipment.

For all orders shipped within Italian territory with a spend over €29.90, we offer free shipping.
For orders under €29.90, the shipping cost is €10.00. For international orders, please contact Customer Service via the Contact section on the site.
All shipping dates are estimates.
In general, shipping takes up to 3 business days from the date of payment for products available in stock.

Orders can only be delivered to addresses located within Italian territory and in countries belonging to the OSS.
We do not deliver to Campione d’Italia, San Marino, or Vatican City.
Payments
We accept payment methods such as:

There are many reasons why a transaction might fail.
If the card was declined, you need to contact your bank to find out why. Explore Scientific and Nital do not have access to your financial information and cannot know why a card was declined.
In case of payment problems, you can always contact our customer service.
No, but we issue VAT invoices for Explore Scientific customers so that you can claim a VAT refund on your purchase. Simply add valid VAT information during checkout in the Billing section.
All prices shown on our website include taxes: VAT and, if applicable, local taxes.
Returns and Refunds
Returning products is easy.
You can return products within 14 days of the order delivery date. You can return the entire order or part of it.
Kits cannot be partially returned.
Items must be returned in new and unused condition and must include all original packaging and accessories.
If you have problems with an item after the return period has expired, contact our Customer Service.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Explorescientific.it customer service within 14 business days of receiving the goods of your intention to withdraw from the contract by filling out the form in the “Make a return” section in the Site footer.
Within three business days of receiving the withdrawal notice, Nital will send the Customer, to the email address indicated in the order, the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number identifying the case.
At the same time, in the same or a separate email communication, the Customer will receive instructions for shipping the package containing the product. The return must be carefully packed in its original packaging and complete with every accessory, instruction manuals, and everything originally contained, indicating the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned by Nital customer service on the packaging.
All returned products are checked to verify that no parts or accessories are missing. If the check is successful, Explore Scientific customer service will be informed and the refund procedure will be initiated. Our payment provider will be contacted, the money will be transferred to your account (or via the payment method used for the purchase), and you will receive a confirmation email that the refund has been processed.
We are committed to refunding you as quickly as possible from the moment we accept the returned items.
Once the return has been processed, please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account.
If the returned product is missing any accessories or is incomplete in any way, we will apply a charge. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
